Life at Comm22 will be lively, multi-generational and inclusive. Thanks to an invigorating effort that is enhancing an older, urban neighborhood by providing affordable housing, creating retail opportunities and preserving the unique character of the historic neighborhood.

Comm22 received the 2007 Urban Land Institute Neighborhood Revitalization Catalyst Award. The program recognizes efforts to develop buildings and communities that accommodate growth in ways that are economically sound, environmentally responsible and supportive of community livability.
